TeleService: Project Is Not Showing In The LOV When Searching For Service Request Using Advanced Tab (Doc ID 2380798.1)

Symptoms

Find Service Requests form on Advanced tab search item:
Project > Condition = > Value.

If users enters 12345 or 12345% and then hit the Tab key or clicks the Search button, there is an error:
       "No data found using these search criteria or error:
        FRM-40212 : Invalid value for field COL_VALUE"

However if users selects drill down and then enters 1%, the data is retrieved.
If users enters 1234% find able to find 12345 in the LOV without any errors.

Even though data exist in search value LOV, search functionality does not validate when entering the value in the field tabbing out or clicking Search button.

Steps To Reproduce
=============
1. Responsibility: Service
2 Navigate > Service Requests > Find Service Requests > Advanced tab > item: Project > Condition = > Value 12345 or 12345% then tab or click search button
