Attempting to launch the Account Hierarchy Manager (AHM) in General Ledger (GL) results in:
The Application is unable to establish a connection with the TCF SocketServer Running at . Please contact your system administrator

This was working in the past, but now is not after applying January 2018 CPU patches.
Jahe.java 120.95.12020000.5 is being used and is the the current and latest file version.
This issue is being seen in all instances and responsibilities.
January 2018 CPU patches were applied.
