In Oracle Purchasing Buyer Work Center, Sourcing Rule Not Updated When Expiration Date Set at Both Header and Line Level As Current Date. (Doc ID 2380959.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Purchase Order

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

 In Oracle Purchasing BWC, sourcing rule not updated when Expiration date set at both Header and line level as current
 date.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 1. Login to PO -> Query Old BPA - update End date to Sysdate in Terms
 2. go to Lines and update expiration date as sysdate
 3. approve while update existing Sourcing Rule is enabled
 4. Execute work flow background process from Requests form
 5.Generate Sourcing Rules and ASLs from Blanket Agreements is triggered .
 but the Sourcing rule doesn't update expiration date.
