Symptoms

Copy Costs Across Organizations Changes The Based On Rollup Flag.  Copy from Make to Buy Item Enables the Based on Rollup Flag in the Destination org.  Occurs even if the Rollup Flag = No in Destination Organization.  Deletes the copied item's costs and does not include it in the cost of the parent.
