Symptoms
While creating a new requisition with multiple lines, while managing the tax the intended use only defaults for the first line; for the other lines the intend use has no value and hence for these lines and the tax does not get calculated as per the defined rules.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Setup Tax Intended Use Rules
2. Create a new requisition with multiple lines
3. For the first requisition line, the tax code defaults as per the intended use rules
4. For the other lines, tax code is not defaulted as expected.
