Provide steps to test XML Gateway Inbound transactions from a 3rd party tool such as postman, to test a transaction / map / operation.

The steps are intended to help avoid errors like the following:

XML GATEWAY 5000 MESSAGE HAS NULL PROTOCOL VALUE

The above error usually occurs due to incorrectly formatted ECX Inbound transactions with missing header info.
