Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, GST Order Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User has 2 assessable price list line present in same price list such as

Price list line 1 from 01-APR-2017 to 18-DEC-2017
Price list line 2 from 19-DEC-2017 to <no end date>

Based on above assessable price list setup, when user is creating sales order on 18-DEC-2017, then assessable price list is not getting defaulted on sales order in India Tax Details form.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Based on above assessable price list setup, when user is creating sales order on 18-DEC-2017, then assessable price list should be getting defaulted on sales order in India Tax Details form.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create sales order.
2. Go to India Tax Details window.
3. check whether assessable price list has got defaulted or not.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot progress with the sales order creation.
