On : 12.2.5 version, FC Setup UI

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On Funds Capture Process Manager>Maintain Credit Cards for Funds Capture, when inactivating the Credit Cards the inactive_date is not getting set

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is that inactivating the credit card will set the active_flag to N and inactive_date will get set to sysdate.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Funds Capture Process Manager>Maintain Credit Cards for Funds Capture
2. Update the Credit card status to inactive
3. The Inactive date is null
