PAXINEAG Enter Query Mode Does Not Clear Agreement Form In Certain Cases (Doc ID 2382068.1)

Symptoms

Using the agreement form, if you open the form and then change focus to somewhere else then return and press F11 to execute a query, not all fields are cleared to enter the criteria for the query.

Patch 21539521 has been applied but the behavior did not change. Compiling the agreement form also does not resolve the issue.
