Symptoms
When attempting to end-date responsibilities for a few users the following error occurs:
FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open up the users form Security>User>Define
2. Query up any of the problem users
3. Enter and end-date for any of the responsiblities and save. The error is displayed.
