HSN Description Should be available In The AR Receipt India Tax details form

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create AR Receipt

2. Goto Tools>India tax details

3. Enter the Organization ,Location details. Click on HSN Code , There is no description.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot verify the details of HSN codes to punch correct data.
