P6/P9 GB XML Data Upload To Interfaces Table Missing Some People (Doc ID 2382311.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

After retrieving a P9/P6 file from HMRC and uploading the file, it has stuck with status "Loaded in Interface Table"

Error occurred while loading into the Interface table. All records retrieved are not loaded successfully. Please review



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in using UK HRMS Manager
2. HMRC Transaction -> Retrieve files from HMRC -> Validate and commit
3. Check number of records processed
