On : 12.1.3 version, GST Purchasing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
GST tax calculated on end dated assessable value at Receipt

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Taxes should not be calculated on the assessable price list that has been end dated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Receipt
2. Check whether the end dated assessable value is defaulted from Supplier setup
3. Check whether the taxes are calculated on assessable value

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Incorrect taxes calculated on the India Tax details at receipt
