ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
With the the Disposition Workflow enabled and the Quality parameter 'Include Optional Tests in Sample Disposition' enabled, after entering an out of spec result into an Optional Test, then the Sample disposition goes to Reject automatically with the Evaluation Field as null.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Sample Disposition is changed to In progress instead of Reject so that the user to can enter an evaluation : Accept with Variance or Guaranteed by Manufacturer or Reject and then change the disposition.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps in OPM Quality Manager responsibility:

1 Enable quality parameter Include Optional Tests in Sample Disposition
2 Set up an item spec with both tests are optional.
3. Create a sample from this item spec.
4. Enter result of the first test with an out-of-spec value, save the result.
