On : 12.1.3 version, State Periodic Wage Listing Enhanced (SPWL)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Extra Information (EIT) for South Carolina (SC) State Periodic Wage Listing Enhanced (SPWL) is not available in the List of Values (LOV)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Based upon the Quarter 1 patch expect the EIT for South Carolina SPWL

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Applied the Quarter 1 <Patch 27227393>  - Q118:121:SOUTH CAROLINA SPWL UPDATES
2. Navigate to People Form > Others > Extra Information > SQWL/SPWL Reporting Information
3. Observe no EIT available for SPWL
