On : 12.2 version, HTML Orders

Client cannot personalize pages in Buyer Work Center because personalization links are missing even though profiles mentioned in Note 2078934.1 - Personalization Profiles (FND) Explained in Relation to the Buyers Work Center (BWC) are set up correctly

 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into EBS > Purchasing Responsibility
2. Go to Buyer Work Center
3. See if any of the personalization links are displayed
