Symptoms
Actual Behavior
To allocate/transact Move Order for Sales Order, customer had used following APIs since R12.1.3. There was no issue.
INV_PICK_RELEASE_PUB.PICK_RELEASE
INV_PICK_WAVE_PICK_CONFIRM_PUB.PICK_CONFIRM
INV_PICK_WAVE_PICK_CONFIRM_PUB.PICK_CONFIRM
But after upgrade to R12.2.6, API backorder a delivery line at pick release even if inventory is available for allocation/transact.
It is unexpected behavior for customer.
Expected Behavior
API should not backorder a delivery line at pick release if inventory is available for allocation/transact.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create sales orders with same item and same qty, and then book. ==>Inventory is available for allocation/transact.
