ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Learner Self service responsibility.
Course completion check mark turns green without ensuring full course material has been consumed. for example, if course has a video attached, once the video has been accessed, check mark turns green not ensuring entire video has been fully accessed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The course will not be mark as completed until the video is completed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Learner Self Service
2. Open Course
3. Start playing the course.
4. The course is marked as completed even when the learner has not completed all the material.
