Symptoms
In 11.5.10.2
Create service request and also the auto task is not getting created due to following error
Error 1:
API error (CS_ASSIGN_RESOURCE_PKG.Assign_ServiceRequest_Main) Unable to assign Service Request Individual Owner. Please check your Territory Setup or manually assign the Service Request owner
Error 2:
Start of JTF_TERR_SERVICE_PUB.Get_WinningTerrMembers for Service Request/Task combination.
Error 3:
End of JTF_TERR_SERVICE_PUB.Get_WinningTerrMembers for Service Request/Task combination.
Error 4:
No Resource found. Please try again.
Error 5:
API error (CS_SR_TASK_AUTOASSIGN_PKG.Assign_Task_Resource) Unable to assign Task Owner.
Please check your Territory Setup or manually assign the Task Owner"
Error 6:
System could not automatically generate task for: PX Auto Assign Tasks. Please review the error messages below and manually create the tasks.
API Error: System could not automatically assign an owner for task template: PX Auto Assign Tasks. Task Owner is a mandatory field.
