Goal

In iSupplier Portal, when attempting to perform personalizations on the attachment region of page /oracle/apps/pos/supplier/webui/OrganizationPG, users are unable to personalize the Delete button column.

Is this field personalize-able? Why do some fields show the Pencil Icon for personalization while others don't?
