No Results Found When Attempting to Enter a Receipt From Confirm Receipt Notification for Different Operating Unit Than Previous Confirm Receipt (Doc ID 2383221.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to receive items against purchase order via confirm receipt notification link, the following error occurs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Users expect to see the item information associated to the confirm receipt notification, but the item information is not shown

STEPS

1. Create 2 requisitions from 2 different Operating Units (OU), create corresponding Purchase Orders (PO), and approve
2. Run concurrent Confirm Receipts Workflow Select Orders, so the requester received Confirm Receipt notifications for the 2 POs from 2 OUs are generated
3. Click "Go to Receiving" link in the first notification from email, and see the first step of receiving with correct data for PO from the first OU;
4. Without closing the previous browser window, click the "Go to Receiving" link in the second notification from email

IMPACT
Users are not able to complete receiving from confirm receipt notifications.  This occurs when using certain navigation steps similar to those described above, where OU (Operating Unit) context switching becomes out of sync.
