Symptoms

Retro component list of values (LOV) doesn't return any value

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: HRMS Manager or equivalent
2. Navigation: Total Compensation > Element Description > Query Element > Click on Recalculation > Click on Retro Components
3. Retro component list values doesn't return values
