Symptoms
Reference Number mentioned in Invoice ID Line Items are not visible in Payment Invoice Line Item.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Financials>>Payment Invoice Management>>Payment Invoice
2. Select an Invoice ID >> Navigate to Line Items TAB >> Edit a Line Item and specify Reference Numbers
3. Financials>>Payment Invoice Management>>Payment Invoice Line Item Voucher
4. Invoice Line Item UI not displaying the Reference Numbers
