P11D Output Ends In Error ORA-06592: Case Not Found While Executing Case Statement (Doc ID 2383923.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP10 version

When attempting to run P11D process,
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using UK HRMS Manager
2. (N) -> Process and Reports -> Submit process -> P11D Legislative process
3. (N) -> Process and Reports -> Submit process -> P11D XML Output
