A parts requirement is created for a task. When this is done a reservation is created for the item.. If the task is cancelled the parts requirement should automatically be cancelled and the reservation should be relieved. In this case the task was cancelled but the reservation was not being relieved. This means the item is unavailable for consumption for other tasks.
The expectation is that the reservation will be released automatically when the task is cancelled.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a task
2. crate a part requirement for an item
3. Create a debrief and complete it/ or cancel the task
4. The reservation is not released.
