Other Tab is Getting Error Non-Existing Resource

When clicking on 'Other' tab you are getting error "Non-existing resource. Please contact CRM Administrator in order to import this resource into Resource Manager."
Using Responsibility: Customers Online Data Librarian Superuser >> open Data librarian >> Click on 'Other' tab
