Symptoms
After upgrade, when attempting to create a new Release Instruction from Order Base Ship Unit the following error appears:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access OTM and go to Purchase Order
2. Search the Order Base
3. Press on New Release Instruction
4. Enter the details and save
The error above appears.
