Not Able To Cancel Bill Only With Inventory Interface Order

Symptoms

When attempting to cancel a Bill Only Inventory Interface Order, the following error occurs.
All of the order lines are in 'Awaiting Fulfillment' status

ERROR
"You are not allowed to cancel Order Line because: Line has been Inventory Interfaced."
