Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There were some consumption advises for consignment transactions not generated after running the Create Consumption Advise program.

This transactions are showing in the Material Transactions form without any Error and without a Processing status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Consumption Advise program process all the records for the consigned material transactions.
