"Notification queue CONSOLIDATED NOTIFY not active" Exception when Triggering Consolidated Notifications

Consolidated tender notifications are configured to be triggered periodically per the Consolidation Profile Time window configured in OTM. When triggering a consolidated tender notification, the notification fails with the following error:


It is expected to be able to send consolidated notifications successfully with no errors.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Configure a Consolidation Profile from Business Process Automation > Power Data > Event Management > Consolidation Profile
2. Assign the Consolidation Profile to a contact or service provider that will be receiving the notifications.
3. Trigger a notification and the above exception will be observed in the log file.
