Trade Management Claim Page Doesn't Work With Internet Explorer

On : 12.2.4 version, CLAIMS
Many of the Links do not work with Internet Explorer when using Trade Management.
When user clicks on the links under the additional information tabs, nothing happens when using Internet Explorer.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on the links under the additional information tabs nothing happens when using Internet Explorer.
