ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Clicking on submit button multiple times in iProcurement receiving page creates multiple receipts, returns or corrections
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Only one receipt should be created
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iProcurement > Receiving
2. Search PO > Select > Click next
3. Go to Submit page
4. Click on submit button multiple times, create multiple receipts
