Symptoms


Actual:
Accrual Posting to General Ledger post upgrade to 12.2.6

The fields APPLIED_TO_DISTRIBUTION_TYPE and APPLIED_TO_DIST_ID_NUM_1 from table XLA_DISTRIBUTION_LINKS used to populate for the period end accruals.
They are no longer being populated.


Expected:
Fields APPLIED_TO_DISTRIBUTION_TYPE and APPLIED_TO_DIST_ID_NUM_1 from table xla_distribution_links to be populated for all period end accruals.

Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Period End Process
2. Journal import
3. Journal posting

Run the "Receipt accruals period end" concurrent request, imported the resulting journals to GL and then posted them.

Data is missing - APPLIED_TO_DISTRIBUTION_TYPE and APPLIED_TO_DIST_ID_NUM_1 from table xla_distribution_links have no values.
