ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Recipe Validity Rule Status is not changing after Approval if the Formula Security is Enabled

After the approver has defined the AME setups. The user then will approve the recipe validity rule status change
to "Approved for General Use". The recipe validity rules status is not updated from
"Request Approval for General Use" to "Approved for General Use", the recipe validity rule status remains as "Request Approval for General Use“.

To be able to approve the recipe validity rule

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

            1. Enable Formula Security and do the required setup for ERES approval of recipe validity rule status change.

            2. Formulator > Recipe > Validity Rule

            3. Initiate a status change.

           4. Approver approves the status change.
