A new SSO user is not able to login to Ebusiness Suite 12.2.6 using the SSO Login screen (Doc ID 2385236.1)

On : 12.2.6 Ebusiness Suite version, integrated with OID SSO (Oracle Internet Directory, Single-Sign-On) Technologies

When a new user attempts to Login from SSO,
the following error occurs.

URL validation failed. The error could have been caused through the use of the browser's navigation buttons ( the browser Back button or refresh, for example). If the error persists,

Please contact system administrator.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to login from the SSO login screen as the user.
2. See the error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, SSO users cannot Login


A new user was created from the User defined form in Ebusiness Suite 12.2.6.

The username of this user matched in OID.
