ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After employee  got deployed from one BG to another adjusted_svc_date in per_periods_of_service is not populated

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

----------------------
Adjusted_svc_date in per_periods_of_service to be populated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Employee got deployed from one BG to another
2.Adjusted_svc_date in per_periods_of_service is null
3.Adjusted years of service in the self service is not showing


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users see adjusted years of service in the self service for employee 69362
