Symptoms

When HZ_PARTIES table is updated, the record is created in HZ_ORGANIZATION_PROFILES or HZ_PERSON_PROFILES.

Example:
 When user runs API:HZ_PARTY_V2PUB.update_organization, the record is created in HZ_ORGANIZATION_PROFILES.
