Pattern Upgrade in the background is not working in Offer screen

With Pattern Search ON:

When creating Price List, Modifier directly in Advance Pricing screen, there is a QP Pattern Upgrade that is execute in the background at saving time.

This allows the Price List and Modifier to be immediately considered by the Pricing Engine.

Pattern Upgrade should be executed when offer is created from TM UI

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and activate an offer from TM. Notice that Pattern Upgrade program is not triggered automatically
