E-Business Suite R12 XML Gateway, Install, Setup, Design, and Transport related issues

Users are unable to send Purchasing (PO) XML Documents to OSN as there is an error using the PROCESS_PO_007 mapping need by OSN:

The issue was reported on OMCS related to XML Outbound Message Errors.

Using other maps like cXML_OrderRequest and itg_process_po_007_out the messages are generated and sent however, OSN is not able to process them.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a PO with supplier having XML setup
2. Approve PO ( self approved in our case)
3. PO will be sent through cXML via OSN
4. Go to System administrator -> Workflow -> transaction Monitor
5. Doc ID found with error -
  ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error - ECX_ACTIONS.BIND_VARIABLES_FOR_VIEW
