 Issue : 

  When an External Candidate applies for a job the below error is received. 

Error :

System Error: Procedure VALIDATE_UNIQUE_NUMBER at Step 1 Cause: The procedure VALIDATE_UNIQUE_NUMBER has created an error at Step 1. Action: Contact your system administrator quoting the procedure VALIDATE_UNIQUE_NUMBER and Step 1.

Steps :

1.  From Visitor Page, External Candidate Searches for a Vacancy 

2. Chooses and Click on Apply

3. Fills the Basic Details and click on Save 

the above error raises.
