New Picking Rule Can Not Be Defined After Querying Existing Enabled Rule

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
When creating new picking rule after querying existing enabled rule or just save & enabled a different rule, the Restriction and Sort Criteria fields are disabled and new picking rule can not be defined.

Expected Behavior
When creating new picking rule after querying existing enabled rule or just save & enabled a different rule, the Restriction and Sort Criteria fields are enabled and new picking rule can be defined.

Error
FRM-40200: Field is protected against update

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. INV(N)Setup > Rules > Picking
Query the enabled rule
OR
Define new rule and check Enabled, save it
2. Click New icon or select File > New
3. Name, Description can be defined.
However, when trying to enter Restrictions/Sort Criteria, FRM-40200 occurs
-> Close the form and open again, the rule can be entered (includes Restrictions/Sort Criteria) successfully
