Symptoms

When attempting to run ADOP Prepare Phase
the following error occurs.

ERROR

[STATEMENT] ICM status cannot be determined.
[STATEMENT] .. Check if ICM is running
[UNEXPECTED]Error determining status of Internal Concurrent Manager
[UNEXPECTED]Error calling runConcurrentProgram subroutine.
[ERROR] Prepare phase has failed.
