How to Restrict Contacts List Based on Contact Role Selected on Service Contract (Doc ID 2386015.1)

Symptoms

On Contracts Authoring form under Parties tab, contacts can be selected against each party role mentioned. Irrespective of contact role selected list shows all contacts for Customer account.
e.g., only one bill to contact exists on customer but list shows many contacts for selection.
Is it feasible to restrict the list of values based on contact role selected?
