Goal
User has added asset to the wrong Balancing Segment (Company). Due to this Addition and subsequent events error in Create Accounting - Assets with:
Error Number 95311
The Balancing segment value for the account code combination XXX.XXXX.XXXX specified in line # is not assigned to the ledger <xxxx>. Please update the Balancing segment value assignments for the ledger in the Accounting Configuration page or use another Balancing segment value.

The subledger journal entry does not balance by balancing segment and the ledger option Balance Cross-Entity Journals is not enabled for the ledger ABC. Please update the balancing segment values for each line so that they balance or enable the Balance Cross-Entity Journals option for the ledger ABC.
