Symptoms
On 12.2.6 version, Online Patching - OP
Upgraded the 12.0.6 to 12.2.6 adop phase=cutover failed while applying patch where the APPS server has an external node for DMZ.
After the fs_clone, the patching was completed successfully. But during cutover, it failed:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
adop phase=cutover
