New Zealand Personal Payment Method ERROR: The Bank Or Account Number Is Invalid

On : 12.1.3 version R12.HR_PF.B.Delta.9, New Zealand Payroll - General

When attempting to enter Personal Payment Method using Bank Transfer (Direct Credit),
the following error occurs.

ERROR: The Bank or Account Number is Invalid.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to New Zealand HRMS Manager
2. People : Enter and Maintain > Assignment > Others > Pay Method
3. Create a new EFT entry. Complete all values
4. Enter and save the Bank details.
5. Upon saving, error is returned
