Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version R12.HR_PF.B.Delta.10, under NewZealand Payroll
When attempting to run Payroll / Quickpay,
the following error occurs.

SQLERRMC ORA-01403: no data found

TABLE_NAME pay_balance_types
APP-PAY-06881: Error ORA-01403: no data found
has occurred in table pay_balance_types at location 582
Cause: an oracle error has occurred. The failure was reported on table pay_balance_types at location 582 with the error text ORA-01403: no data found
.
Action: Please contact your support representative.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a new Business Group under New Zealand
2. Run Payroll / Quickpay
