Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, BOM Populate and Refresh

When attempting to run the Configurator Refresh Model, the following error occurs. This is happening for a single model. The model has been refreshed successfully previously.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Oracle Applications,
2. Navigate to Oracle Configurator Developer responsibility
3. Concurrent Programs
4. Select Refresh a Single Configurator Model concurrent program,
5. Select folder and model, submit concurrent program
6. Error messages seen in log.
