Symptoms

Unprocessed Shipping Transactions Stop Period Close.  Unable to Close Inventory Periods.  Unprocessed Shipping Transactions exists

Steps to reproduce:
Inventory GUI > Accounting Close cycle > Inventory Accounting Periods
Click on the "Pending..." push button
Under the heading "Unprocessed Shipping Transactions" there are two Radio buttons:
Required & Recommended the 'Required' Radio buttion is highlighted.
