When The Special Address Is Selected In OMFS App Country LOV Is Incomplete

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating a parts requirement in MFS if the Special Address type is selected the list of values is different than the values that appear in the Server side application.
The list of Country Names are not in Sync with the Spares Management module.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The field should show the same list of countries as what is shown in the parts requirement form in the Spares Management Module
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OMFS App
2. From Parts Requirement,Select special address type
3. Select List of Country, returns a limited list of countries
4. Login to EBS
5. Navigate to Spare Management Responsibility
6. Create Parts Requirement
7. Click on Country
8. Click on Go, LOV returning many countries
